The Client Journey: Understanding the Big Picture

The Client Journey has now been shared with each market location, and we encourage everyone to spend a little time reviewing it. This isn't just another document—it's a roadmap of how we work together to create a consistent, exceptional experience for our clients. It helps clarify where your role fits into the process, what happens before and after your involvement, and how each team contributes to the overall success of a project.The more familiar everyone becomes with the Client Journey, the easier it is to identify potential sticking points, improve communication, and keep our processes consistent across all locations. A few minutes here and there can go a long way toward helping all of us stay aligned and continue delivering the level of service that sets Liaison apart.

Celebrating 12 Years of Liaison

At the end of May, Steve Weber and Liaison Technology Group celebrated 12 years in business—a milestone that represents years of growth, hard work, and a vision brought to life. In this featured video, Steve reflects on some of the goals he set for the company years ago and the satisfaction of seeing many of those milestones become reality. It's a reminder that growth doesn't happen overnight and that every team member has played a role in helping Liaison get to where it is today.

Ethan Williams

Home Tech Pro | Nashville

One of Ethan's favorite parts of working at Liaison is the people he gets to work alongside every day. "Getting to work with such an amazing group that we have. It makes the work a little easier." When he's not helping clients create incredible technology experiences, you'll likely find him playing hockey, spending time at the lake, traveling, or hanging out with friends.

Ethan is a black belt in Taekwondo and a certified instructor in the martial art.

Welcome Back, Zakk!

Pro Audio is excited to welcome Zakk McCarthy back to the team. Zakk previously worked for Pro Audio Services, Inc., before the acquisition, and brings valuable experience and familiarity with the company and its clients.

RingCentral Rollout Complete

Pro Audio and Liaison Commercial have officially transitioned their communication and collaboration efforts to RingCentral, helping create a more unified communication experience across all Liaison Technology Group locations.

As part of an internal reorganization, Lynne has transitioned into the sales division where she will be utilizing her extensive experience in lighting consultations to support clients and projects. Her knowledge and passion for lighting design make her a natural fit for this role.
