A First Look at the Magic: Cass Concepts Covers Broom Palace Sneak Peek in Arcola

On June 27, the Cass Concepts team had the incredible honor of helping promote and capture one of the most whimsical events we’ve ever been part of—the Broom Palace Sneak Peek in downtown Arcola.

Hosted by the Arcola Community Organization, in collaboration with the City of Arcola, The Libman Company, the Arcola Chamber of Commerce, and the Arcola Metropolitan Museum, this community celebration welcomed guests into a space unlike any other: a one-of-a-kind broom-themed destination that blends heritage, artistry, and Arcola pride.

Located at 201 E Main Street, the Broom Palace opened its doors for a limited preview, allowing visitors to explore the soon-to-be exhibit space, walk through the Libman storefront, and step inside what will become the new home of the Chamber and Museum. It was a moment to honor history, marvel at local creativity, and celebrate the vibrant identity of Arcola.

“The Broom Palace is something special for all of Arcola,” shared Mayor Jesus Garza. “It honors where we come from, it brings people together, and it shows that we are proud of our history.”

We couldn’t agree more.

As the creative and marketing team behind many of the Broom Palace promotions and event coverage, we were proud to help shine a spotlight on the people, stories, and vision that made this moment possible. From capturing event photography and video, to sharing real-time social media updates, it was truly a day that reflected everything we believe in—community over competition, creative storytelling, and hometown pride.

The Palace isn’t fully open yet—exhibits are still being finalized and installations are ongoing—but the sneak peek was a clear sign that something extraordinary is on its way. A full ribbon cutting and grand opening will be announced in the coming weeks, and we can’t wait to be part of it.
