ProSource Elite OnDemand Is Here
Liaison Technology Group has officially transitioned to ProSource Elite OnDemand, a new training platform designed to make professional development more streamlined and interactive. All course completion history, progress, and gamification points from IntegrateU have been transferred, allowing team members to continue their training without missing a beat.

Each user should have received an email with login information and a temporary password. After logging in and updating your password, be sure to save your new credentials in Keeper. Start by checking My Learning for any assigned training, then explore the Catalog for additional courses and opportunities to continue building your skills.

As Liaison continues to grow, making sure every team member understands who we are, how we work, and what we’re building together is more important than ever. Our new employee welcome video was created as an onboarding resource, but it’s also a great refresher for all of us.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy meeting people and learning what they are trying to accomplish, or issues they are trying to solve—always fun to be able to bring resolutions for them.

What is something your coworkers may not know about you?
I'm a 7th generation Floridian—my family came to St Augustine in the mid 1700's. I'm very passionate about responsible development in Rural FL (many of Florida's most ecological sensitive areas are targeted for development by unresponsible developers). I grew up doing all the Florida things—fishing, camping, boating—all my children and grandchildren enjoy the same things. We kayak and canoe a lot of the more remote places in Florida—rivers, swamps. I spent a lot of time growing up on lakes with alligators, I love seeing them in the wild.
Do you have a favorite hobby, sports team, food, or place to visit?
I love going to the more remote river spots. My favorite football team is the Miami Dolphins, my second favorite is the Bucs and my third favorite is the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Work Boot Reimbursement
Employees who have completed their 60-day probationary period are eligible for an annual work boot reimbursement of up to $100. Reimbursement will match the purchase amount, up to the $100 maximum.

To submit a request, employees must provide a receipt along with documentation confirming the boots are OSHA-approved.

Liaison Technology Group Updates
Big Install Underway
The Liaison team is tackling a major video wall installation in Iowa, with Bill and several technicians completing the approximately 16-hour install. Even better, a timelapse camera will capture the process from start to finish—giving us a behind-the-scenes look at the teamwork and technical expertise that goes into bringing a project of this scale to life.
Pro Audio Updates
Learning, Growing & Delivering
The Pro Audio team has been busy both in the classroom and in the field. On August 28, the team participated in focused training in Ft. Myers, reinforcing the importance of continued education and staying sharp as technology and client needs continue to evolve.

The team also recently wrapped up AV work at “School Q,” a new elementary school in Ave Maria, Florida, completing installations across classrooms, the media center, conference room and cafeteria. In addition, AV updates in several music education classrooms were completed as part of Liaison’s ongoing work with the Collier County School District.
Illuminated Updates
Lighting Education in Action
ILDS continues to expand its impact through education and collaboration. This month, Bruce Clark presented “Making the Case for Lighting Design” to architects, builders and designers in Cincinnati, followed by a Lutron-Ketra experience and facility tour in Austin with members of the Liaison and Imagine More teams.

Bruce will also present at CEDIA Expo on September 3 before leading the next Lighting Installation Training at the Lighting Excellence Dojo in Ft. Myers, September 15–17. Together, these efforts continue to strengthen lighting expertise across Liaison’s markets.
Imagine More Updates
Building a Stronger Workflow
The Imagine More team continues to work closely with the local market in Windsor, Colorado, developing and refining policies and procedures to support a smoother transition and more consistent workflow. This ongoing collaboration is helping create stronger processes, better alignment and a solid foundation for continued growth.
Outdoor Lighting Updates
The Model Takes Shape
Exciting progress continues within the Liaison Outdoor Lighting Division. Liaison Outdoor Lighting recently held its first internal seminar in Ft. Myers to introduce and further develop the Liaison Outdoor Lighting model, centered around “Home Automation Seamlessly Integrated with Professional Outdoor Lighting.”

With the sales brochure and website nearing completion, the focus remains on boots-on-the-ground relationship building and business development within the local market. These new marketing tools will support those efforts while also giving Liaison a stronger foundation to introduce and promote the Outdoor Lighting model across additional markets.
Sapphire Updates
Connected to the St. Pete Community
Sapphire AV continues to strengthen its presence throughout downtown St. Petersburg through both community involvement and new project opportunities. The team recently attended meetings with the St. Pete Downtown Business Association and Downtown Partnership, building relationships and helping connect future clients with the local business community.

Work is also progressing on Volta Wine + Market, a new downtown business where Sapphire AV is providing the AV integration. The project is still underway, but it is another exciting example of Sapphire’s growing footprint in the St. Pete market.
